    Description

      A Fuse online customer would like to use their own persistence solution. The motivation is that an external persistence solution can be configured to satisfy their corporate guidelines on DR, replication, availability and standardization.

      We can facilitate this today due to the work carried out for RHMI in:

      This ticket is to address the GAP in public docs and QE

      Documentation on how to configure an external DB is needed.

      QE automation coverage is needed.

      The target DB support is Postgres 11.x or 12.x (10.x previously covered in RHMI)
