After a recent PoC with a customer, Jaeger instructions were provided in order to configure the functionality.

1) This procedure should be publicly documented.

2) At  the time some config changes were discussed to included in the product to make steps easier (parichar@redhat.com correct my memory here as required)

3) Enabling Jaeger by default in CR should also be considered.
