Autodiscovery of AMQ Streams

      As an integration admin, I want to have ease of access to recently created assets in integration.
      When I create an example AMQ Streams instance, I would like to have my instances available for discovery in Fuse Online automatically.

      I would like to be able to turn this feature on/off.
      I would like to support simple and TLS connections.
