[Fuse Online] "bash install_ocp.sh --grant developer" doesn't update syndesis-extra-permissions role

      If an old "syndesis-extra-permissions" role exists and we run a new version of
      "bash install_ocp.sh --grant developer". The script doesn't update syndesis-extra-permissions roles.

      This cause the following error, when we perform

      bash install_ocp.sh
