Background: The MQTT message transport specification does not specify the Topic Namespace to use, define the payload representation of the data being published/subscribed or define the way state information is implemented and managed within MQTT.  Sparkplug B overcomes these shortcomings without changing MQTT in way but providing a structure of topic namespace, state management and payload definition.

Description: This RFE is a placeholder for the need of sparkplug B integration withing Red Hat products.  The details and requirements at this time are not complete but comments can be added to support the initiative.
