Update Section 2.2. of XP Migration Guide, besides the usual shift of versions 4.0.0 to 5.0.0, 3.0.0 to 4.0.0, we also need to change:

• this time we support migration also from xp3
• the tool is standalone (like EAP 8), so we need to sync last paragraph with instructions to use the tool on EAP 8 Migration Guide
