XP5 Migration Guide: Document new/deprecated/removed features

      The XP Migration Guide section wrt new/deprecated/removed features needs to be updated for XP5.

      New features: 

      • Support for MicroProfile Platform 6.1

      Deprecated/removed features:

      • MicroProfile Metrics is no longer supported, and is replaced by MicroMeter
      • MicroProfile OpenTracing is no longer supported, and is replaced by MicroProfile Telemetry
