Contextual Menus after scrolling

    Description

      There is an issue with contextual menus in ScenarioSimalation and DMN designers. When user wants to show the contextual menu after scrolling was done:

      ScenarioSimulation

      Menu is shown at inappropriate place

      DMN

      Menu is not shown at all
