[wires-grids] Context Menu is not shown if user scrolled grid horizontally

      3. Expand the amount column as shown in the attached picture
      4. Try to invoke any context menu now for adding rows/columns

    Description

      When user scroll the grid horizontally, the feature of context menus stop working.

      Prepare big grid in DMN, Scenarios

      • scroll horizontally
      • append row/column
      • remove row/column
      • undo / redo
      • save and reopen
      • expand properties panel
      • collapse properties panel
