[DMN Designer] Rename of output changes back to link

Renaming output of decision table changes the back to link.

Acceptance tests

1. Three different decisions DROOLS-1937
   1. In DRD declare three different decision (different names)
   2. Check navigation to properties of these decisions
2. One decision
   1. In DRD declare one decision
   2. For each context entry type check
   3. Renaming in DRD -> also top level expression in properties renamed DROOLS-1937
   4. Renaming in decision properties -> also name in DRD changed
   5. Change of expression type preserves name
   6. Undo / Redo changes name both in properties and drd diagram
   7. Diagram where top level expression of decision was renamed can saved, closed and reopened
