Description of problem:

Ramen DR provides a mechanism for setting parameters in a DRPlacementControl CR that will be passed along to the recovery Recipe CRs for a given application. When using the UI to enroll a discovered application using previously defined Recipes, the UI does not provide an ability to specify parameters even if the Recipe definitions indicate they are required.

Yes, it is possible to manually apply parameters to DRPC, but initial backups will incorrect or fail w/o manual intervention dependent on how parameters are used.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. On Hub, Navigate in 'All Clusters' view to Data Services -> Disaster recovery -> and click Enroll application
2. Select ACM discovered applications
3. Select DR cluster
4. Select 1-n namespaces (utilized by discovered app)
5. Enter Name
6. Click Next
7. Select Recipe from namespace(s) selected

Actual results:

Application enrollment for discovered applications allows selection of recipe, but NOT to specify parameters required to successfully enroll
