Description of problem - When the user selects a recipe for DR protection of a discovered app, it should be possible to provide the recipe parameters for it. These parameters should get stored in the DRPC that is created by the console.

The use case is that there could be teams where they use a common generic recipe for their applications and make use of the recipe parameters to substitute the variables referenced in the recipe to customize it for their team.
