DITA does not support the discrete tag for headings. The discrete tag omits the heading from the TOC.

In the Debezium community documentation, [discrete] tags are present only used in the logging documentation. When Nebel processes the headings that follow these tags, it converts the headings to Title elements in the downstream module files.

Remove instances of the [discrete] tag and perform one of the following :

1. Rewrite the content to remove the tagged heading.
2. Convert the heading to a description list entry.
3. Convert the heading to a new topic module. To prevent unnecessary disruption to the upstream content, consider conditionalizing the content.
