Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

For ease of installation, it would be great if the debezium-operator could be installed with a helm chart. 

The README states that Helm installation will be supported in the future, but I could not find a related story here on Jira, so i've created this one to keep track of any updates on this feature.
