As per the README, debezium operator currently can only operate in a single namespace.

We run our applications in multiple namespaces in our Kubernetes cluster. Installing an instance of the debezium operator in every namespace renders our setup overly and unnecessarily complicated. It would be great if the operator could offer some configuration to be able to operate in multiple namespaces, without having to also use OLM.
