I've previously seen questions relating to how users can edit the .dat file generated by Debezium Server that contains the offsets. It can be useful to edit this file if you want to, for example, reprocess records or process transactions from a particular time. The file can't be edited directly as it's a serialized files.
I previously created a commandline app for our team that allows us to edit the offset file. I've made some enhancements to this and would like to contribute to Debezium Examples if you consider it useful?
