Remove dependency on debezium-storage-kafka

The debezium-storage-kafka dependency was added to the schema generator module as a part of DBZ-5229 in order to restore access to the database history widgets and bits for the UI used by both up & down stream projects.

Ideally we shouldn't have to depend on this project so we need to investigate whether the architecture for ConfigDefinition can be reworked so that this dependency can be eliminated.
