      common storage module to store debezium sates like offset, database history, signaling source.. etc

      Ideally there will be a module debezium-storage with submodules debezium-storage-kafka, debezium-storage-redis etc.

      Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

      with this feature user could choose storage implementation, for example a local directory, S3 location, jdbc database, kafka, ...etc  to store debezium offset, database history and any other state used by debezium.

      This is highly useful for Debezium Server and for non kafka deployments
