What is the captured database version and mode of depoyment?

(E.g. on-premises, with a specific cloud provider, etc.)

      Oracle 12cR2

      What behaviour do you expect?

Connector continues to do log mining.

      What behaviour do you see?

      Connector failed.

Do you see the same behaviour using the latest relesead Debezium version?

(Ideally, also verify with latest Alpha/Beta/CR version)

Yes, we ran into this issue on 1.9.2 final.

Do you have the connector logs, ideally from start till finish?

(You might be asked later to provide DEBUG/TRACE level log)

      Yes.

How to reproduce the issue using our tutorial deployment?

Create a table using schema owner.

      Feature request or enhancement

For feature requests or enhancements, provide this information, please:

Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

      Not applicable.

      Implementation ideas (optional)

This new table is not included in config file. Connector should able to ignore creating new tables that are not listed config file.
