Update Readme on github for Cassandra 4.x support

      DBZ-2514 aims to add support for Cassandra 4.x and it will be merged soon.

      So, we have to update the Github repo to mention that the new version of connector supports both Cassandra 3.x and Cassandra 4.x and it will be compatible with JAVA-11.
