Create a Debezium schema generator for Debezium connectors (initial work)

    Description

      After the JSON Schema Generator PoC from DBZ-3364 we should come up with a final conclusion and build a Debezium Schema Generator to generate JSON Schema / OpenAPI schemas.
      The generator should not have mandatory dependencies to connectors but should be able to build a schema for connectors provided on the classpath.
      Optionally different schemas should be supported, maybe via SPI to cover different output formats (pure JSON Schema only, OpenAPI 3.x+, or custom envelopes).
