Create Debezium API Spec Generator and static API definitions for connectors

    Description

      In order to provide API definitions for the Debezium UI create an API Generator and a separate module with static API definitions for each connector.

      The API spec should define all properties and have extensions with additional data needed for the frontend JS/React app (like the recent `connector-types/{id}` endpoint in the Debezium UI.
