Fix additional typo in ModuleID declaration in monitoring.adoc

In DBZ-2838, I missed one instance of this error.

Remove the characters "], which are incorrectly appended to a ModuleID declaration in monitoring.adoc for the topic Zookeeper JMX environment variables.

This ID is used to rename the topic when it is fetched for reuse in the downstream documentation.

The incorrect ID results in the creation of a redundant downstream files with a name that includes the extra characters and prevents the documentation form building successfully.
