Restrict the set of tables with a publication when using pgoutput

    Description

      This ticket is connected to a comment on DBZ-766. Currently when creating a connector and using the pgoutput plugin, the publication is created for `ALL TABLES,` in practice publication is typically managed manually, however during testing/development it would be nice if it would be created for only the tables configured.
