Description
The pop up message of the 'Name' field is not the same as in the mock up.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to 'Data Services' --> 'Database Access'
2. Click on 'Configuration' --> 'Import Database Provider Account'
3. Click on the '?' icon in the 'Name' field

Expected result:
The text displayed will be according to mock up:
