At the low low cost of one moderate sized VM near the centos-infra RPM fileservers, we could offer debuginfod access (automated rapid downloads of source code / debuginfo) to centos* users. My team operates Fedora's servers, and other distros have their own too. centos8 + c9s have the needed client-side code activated in the consumer tool RPMs, so we could make a server broadly useful quickly.
