debuginfod.centos.org not receiving new c8s/c9s traffic since Dec 2022

    Description

      The debuginfod.centos.org server is up happy on an AWS VM, but appears to have stopped receiving new rpms from the centos build system.  

      The youngest files under /srv/debuginfod_store/9-stream/9-stream/AppStream/x86_64/debug/tree/Packages/  appear to come from December 2022, whereas the centos-stream mirrors have many fresh binaries.
