update koji to 1.34 (staging infra)

We recently received a request to update kojihub.stream.rdu2.redhat.com instance to koji 1.34.

As it introduced some major changes, including files location for the python hub application itself, we'd like to first deploy it in staging and modify our ansible role to take into account if using > 1.32 (see https://docs.pagure.org/koji/release_notes/release_notes_1.32/#system-changes) as we have 1.31 deployed at various locations

DoD:

• koji 1.34 is built and available through infra tags
• ansible role updated to take into account new python site-packages location
• kojihub.stg infra is upgraded and functional
