    Description

      For RHEL on Gitlab, we would like to start using the Draft Builds on CentOS Stream Koji. More information about Draft Builds is available here: https://docs.pagure.org/koji/draft_builds/.

      The Brew stage already supports draft builds and Brew prod deployment is planned for Friday 2024-30-15.

      AC:

      • The Koji 1.34 is deployed in CentOS Stream (https://kojihub.stream.centos.org) with draft builds feature enabled.
      • The distrobaker/distrobaker.osci.redhat.com user can build draft builds and promote them.
