crwctl for CRW 2.2.0, which is based on CRW 7.13.x chectl, has some changes compare to crwctl for CRW 2.1.1:

• new options, like --che-operator-cr-patch-yaml
• new defaults, like updateAdminPassword: true
• don't use "--self-signed-cert" option
• configure crwctl installation to use OLM installer, as it's explained in here

That changes should be reflected in CRW 2.x testing pipelines on CRW Jenkins CI.
