Set up a job that pulls all the CRW 2.1 images from quay and from RHCC - store time required to pull images.

Save data in a format that's easily imported to spreadsheet (CSV, TSV).

Run job every few hours; after a couple weeks, collect data and report to Rick to add to the existing support ticket(s) re: RHCC performance
