Ansible fixes for Dev Spaces

      As ansible configuration gets fixed and broken and fixed again there are a number of jira's piling up that get closed and reopened.

      So I'm creating this as an overarching tracking issue that I can keep open and convert all the others to subtasks.

      That way as individual issues get resolved those jiras can stay closed, and we can see the range of things that went wrong.
