There is Ansible sample in DS 3.7.0.GA which can't be run on IBM Z / Power because it uses "quay.io/devspaces/ansible-creator-ee" container image with only `amd64` architecture support.
As a result Ansible sample failed to start in there (see comment https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CRW-4540?focusedId=22504266&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-22504266):
It's needed to add "s390x" and "ppc64le" to "quay.io/devspaces/ansible-creator-ee" as well to make it possible to create Ansible sample on Dev Spaces deployed to IBM Z and Power OCP.
