Use Release Candidates bits on the Developer Sandbox staging cluster

    Description

      Currently, we use GA version of Dev Spaces on both staging and production clusters of Developer Sandbox. In order to do the verification faster and has permanent access to the long-running, managed instance of pre-release version of the product we need to switch the staging cluster to RC (probably with the automatic approval).
