versions of plugins in the plugin registry should be hardcoded to supported/tested versions

    Description

      In parallel or instead of CRW-4115, we might want to decide to hardcode versions in https://github.com/redhat-developer/devspaces-images/blob/devspaces-3-rhel-8/devspaces-pluginregistry/openvsx-sync.json so that we don't get unexpected updates to plugins which break compatibility

      This would mean that airgapped versions were more stringently tested to ensure they all can be installed (CRW-4115), and online would not installed the latest but rather the version we specified/tested/curated.

      Could mean more stability but at the cost of more maintenance to update at intervals.
