We have to update version of che-openvsx against the upstream eclipse/openvsx.

And verify that embedded OpenVSX registry works without problems. By verification I mean:

• The plugin-registry image builds without problem
• All plugins are publishing into local OpenVSX registry when che-plugin-registry pod is initializing
• Start the workspace and check that the list of plugins are available in Plugins view when using local plugin registry
• It is possible to install plugins from the Plugins view
