Remove IDEA from IDE selection in Dashboard

      Per discussion in today's DS cabal, PM and CE would like to remove IDEA from the list of available editors when opening a sample in the Dashboard.

      Doc about selecting an IDE should remain the same, in that a user can use factory URL to launch IDEA, but we won't show a Technology Preview option in the dashboard.
