Per CRW-3295 we will soon have an air-gap available version of the VSCode plugin Marketplace. This request is to fine-tune that implementation for customer convenience.

• Please include a limited number of plugins, for resource conservation. (Kasturi, Mario, Rick and others to help 'vote' on the desired plugins. The list will be attached here.)

• Please provide adequate clearly documented instructions on how users can modify (add to, remove from) the contents of the air-gapped Marketplace. It is vital for customers to be able to add additional plugins at undermined points in the future – see CRW-3472, "Document how to add/remove extensions from the open-vsx registry (including those not in open-vsx.org)"
