= Support for kamel / camel-k removed in {prod-short} 3.3

As the sample project was outdated and the version of kamel was old, the sample has been removed from the Dashboard, and the old kamel binary has been removed from the UDI image.

kamel is a golang build that today, is built in Jenkins for the 3 supported arches, published to GH releases, and then fetched and used in the lookaside cache for the udi-rhel8 image build in brew.
