= Updated Universal Developer Image

In {prod-short} {prod-ver}, the Universal Developer Image (UDI) is updated as follows:

* `gopls`, link:https://github.com/golang/tools/tree/master/gopls[the Go language server], is upgraded to version 0.7.2.

* `golangci-lint` is removed in favor of the built-in linter in `gopls`.
