      Goal: support Gateway based JetBrains IDE and have the same quality level as we currently have for VS Code:

      • Replace Projector based JetBrains IDEs with Gateway based ones
      • Support idling (for reaching activity/inactivity limit) JetBrains IDEs based workspace
      • Include JetBrains IDEs in automated tests (smoke test / PR checks)

            Does this epic include the desire for multi-arch support? Today in 3.2/3.3, IDEA editor only exists for amd64/x86_64... not for s390x (Z) or ppc64le (Power).
