    Description

      In CRW-1358 and CRW-1587, we have successfully added a new https://quay.io/repository/crw/idea-rhel8?tab=tags image for x86_64 only for 2.11.0 (it's https://quay.io/repository/devspaces/idea-rhel8 in Dev Spaces).

      This issue tracks the work to make it run on Z & P, IF WE DECIDE WE WANT THAT.
