Upstream, we've switched to CheCluster v2 in main (7.50).
Downstream, the 3.x jobs for operator and bundle are now broken:

- check out che-operator from main branch
- check out devspaces operator (devspaces-images project) from devspaces-3-rhel-8 branch)
- run this:
cd /path/to/devspaces-images/devspaces-operator; ./build/scripts/sync.sh -v 3.1.0 -s /path/to/che-operator -t `pwd` cd /path/to/devspaces-images/devspaces-operator-bundle; ./build/scripts/sync.sh -v 3.1.0 -s /path/to/che-operator -t `pwd`

Related question... since we don't support OCP 3.11, is there stuff we can remove from there? is the manager.yaml still needed if we don't support install mode = operator (only olm mode) ?
