      Continues from CRW-2241.

      Once 3.0.0 is live, re-enable the replaces: directive in sync*.sh and .csv.yaml files.

      We can also:

      • ensure jobs/scripts no longer reference operator-metadata (eg., in getLatestImageTags.sh) - look for TODO markers in crw/product/.sh and in crw-jenkins/jobs/CRW_CI/
      • rename update-digests-in-metadata job to just update-digests (starting with 3.0)
