    Description

      OpenShift Dev Spaces CLI (dsc) "server:deploy" command deploys operators AND operands in the openshift-operators namespace. That namespace, as it's name suggests, is dedicated to operators and not to operands. We should not deploy postgres, registries, server, dashboard etc...there.

      The default namespace for operands should be `openshift-devspaces`.

      This is the CLI side of CRW-2997 but is more critical because dsc explicitly default to openshift-operators but should be easier to fix.
