Unable to migrate upgrade the CRW operator from 2.15.3 to Openshift Dev Spaces 3.0.0

      1. Install the CRW 2.15.3 operator on OCP 4.10 cluster
      2. Create OSBS operator CatalogSource pointing to DS 3.0.0 (with Index image v4.10: brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/iib:217618)
      3. Login to the cluster with OC command
      4. Set the Environmental variables
