Apply UDIs for all devfiles v2 and plugins

    Description

      As soon as we'll have UDI as a result of CRW-2463 and tech-preview content in CRW-2464, we should apply them for all devfiles v2 and plugins.
      By applying I mean to replace old sidecar images in meta.yaml files and test that everything works as expected (plugins, commands from the devfiles, ...)

      I don't see the reason to use UDI in devfile v1
