Latest kamel / camel-k build requires kubectl (or oc)

    Description

      Follows up from CRW-2463.

      Turns out when we updated to the latest kamel 1.7 instead of 1.5, the build broke as it needs kubectl now.

      16:16:01  Makefile:375: *** "No kubectl found in PATH. Please install and re-run".  Stop.
16:16:01  cp: cannot stat '/tmp/camel-k-1.7.0/kamel': No such file or directory
