Logged in as admin user to https://codeready-openshift-workspaces.apps.cluster-7751.7751.sandbox1163.opentlc.com/dashboard/#/ide/admin/jboss-eap-bootable-uuc6

The readme / welcome page "Red Hat CodeReady Workspaces" is empty (see screenshots) when starting a workspace with CRW 2.13.0.RC-11-17:

It could be related to usage of Che-Theia fork crw-2.12.0 in CRW 2.13.0:
