      Diff stat says:

      -rw-r--r--	root-local.tgz	bin	1141487 -> 1141334 bytes

      And the whole dist git repo is huge as well

791M    codeready-workspaces-pluginregistry/

      The purpose of lookaside cache is to reduce size of git repository.
